What time is cut off for ordering? +

The cut off time for ordering lunches is 8am day of.

What can I do if I miss the cut off time for ordering? +

In the event that you have a last-minute needs, we will do our best accommodate a late order.

 

Please contact us directly at [email protected] or 407-401-4640. You must receive a confirmation from us directly to ensure that the order was received. Simply leaving a message will not guarantee lunch delivery. So remember 8am cut off!

Can I order a drink with my lunch? +

Here at Emmabean, we are trying to cut down on waste so drinks are not included. We encourage all of our Emmabean Sprouts to bring a water from home.

May I substitute an item in a lunchbox? +

We have a number of a la carte items available if you would like to mix and match. We will also try to accommodate as best we can if you need to make a substitution – please contact us directly.

Do you ever change an item in the lunchbox? +

Supporting our local farms means the highest quality fruits and veggies in our lunchboxes. It may also mean very occasionally limited quantities, but we will always substitute something just as wonderful if this occurs.

 

May I change or cancel my lunch order? +

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact Emmabean by 5pm the day before delivery (407-801-4640). We will do our best to work with your request.

What if my child is sick and misses a lunch that I already ordered? +

Our cutoff time for changes/cancellation is 5pm day before delivery but we, of course, understand unforeseen circumstances.

 

Please email [email protected] on the day in question and we will do our best to accommodate.

What are semester lunch cards? +

These digital cards give our customers a 10% discount when purchasing Emmabean credit in bulk (ie. $300 worth of Emmabean cash for $280). Lunch cards are non-transferrable but may be used for any registered family members. The lunch card must be used during the semester it was purchased during and will expire at the end of that semester. Once the card is purchased, the sale is FINAL.

 

There are no refunds or exchanges. Refunds will be issued only after official withdrawal from the school. Less an administrative fee. Refunds take 3-4 weeks to process. No refunds for missed meals.

 

Do you offer any discounts? +

We love all of our customers but where would we be without our teachers and staff?! We offer staff, teachers and their student kiddos a 10% discount. Please contact [email protected] if you are eligible for this discount and we will provide you with a special checkout code.

Where do you create all of your delicious food? +

We are a fully licensed catering company and operate out of East End Market in Orlando, FL.

What about allergies? +

Emmabean meals are created in the commissary kitchen at The East End Market. Emmabean does not use any peanuts, tree nuts, fish or in its kid lunchboxes. However, we operate in a facility where other businesses may process tree nuts/peanuts/fish/shellfish. You will be asked to note any allergies during your account creation.
